Minnesota- Minneapolis

Current location Polson Montana

5/19- Our thoughts of what to do in Minnesota changed due to bad weather being forecasted. So the first thing we did was the Mall of America. Dan needed to get his phone fixed so we took advantage of the true American experience "the Mall". So we ended up at the famous Mall of America! Finn enjoyed going on some rides since they have an amusement park in the middle of the Mall. We paid a visit to the lego store which we must admit was cool. Time gets sucked away from you when you are in a place like the MoA Before we knew it four hours had passed and Dan's phone was not fixed. They offered him a new one but we needed to back up his old phone first which meant we would need to come back the next day to finalize everything.

We crashed that night at a Cabelas in St. Paul and then headed to the Science Museum in St. Paul the next day since it was another cold and rainy again. The science museum was huge and we all had a terrific time. Also the town of St. Paul is beautiful. After spending several hours at the museum we went back to the Mall. Dan went in solo but called us to say Paw Patrol was making an appearance. For those of you that don't know what or who Paw Patrol is let us enlighten you. It's a show about a boy with a bunch of dogs that "save the day". Finn saw this show maybe four times and it's all he can talk about now. So we all ran into the Mall to meet the infamous Marshall and Chase.

After that we headed to sleep the night at Campers World in Rogers Minnesota.
5/21 our last day in Minneapolis Minnesota. Rainy and cold again 😫☔️. We drove around the city which was beautiful and ended up by Minnehaha park . We ate lunch at Caps which had decent BBQ but the staff was super friendly. Then we ventured out into the drizzle to explore the park and see the falls.

People got a kick out of Finn scooting everywhere and the falls were lovely. Met a nice couple (we were parked in front of their house) they took a tour of the RV and they want to do what we are doing. The offered us to stay outside their place for the night which was nice of them but we wanted to start making our way north that evening. Thanks to Dina and her brother for all the suggestions unfortunately Mother Nature was not on our side to do most of what they suggested. This just means we need to come back.
