rv dreaming...straight outta Brooklyn

Two days ago we arrived in Marathon and kicked off this key with a bang. We took Finn and Ailish on their first fishing trip! Went out on Marathon Lady a nice charter boat on a beautiful day. We caught 10 fish and had a blast. Finn wants to do it again and Ailish graced many people on the boat with her first ever hand waves. Then we headed to our campsite at Curry Hammock State Park. Nice location right next to the beach. The next day we stayed at the campground trouble shooting some more issues we encountered with the RV. Today we are off to Key West!                                       

From Savannah we headed south to Florida. After staying a night at a truck stop (we are legitimate boondockers) went to the Mike Roess Golden Head campground. Enjoyed swimming and meeting very friendly neighbors who invited us to a blue grass event in April. After leaving that campground we did a night of dispersed camping and then stayed a night in the Ocala National Forrest. We got to swim with the alligators in their famous springs and rejuvenated ourselves.  Then it was off to sleep at a vineyard courtesy of Harvest Host (thank you Canadians that we met in Paris for reminding us about Harvest Host). Dan sacrificed himself to do the wine tasting and Finn had a blast feeding their fish! On Sunday 3/26/17 Ailish went to her first Mets game with Grandma and cousins. Finn's critique of the game was "too hot and too long". During the game Franklin had a play date with another beagle.  After the game we headed off to Dupuis Manag

Thanks to all for the well wishes sorry for the delay in posting hope they are more frequent in the future! March 13th So the adventures starts.... 1st destination North Carolina.  We left before the storm of the century...we got on the road at about 8 pm. After grabbing a little sleep at the Maryland rest stop we were on the road again. As we approached North Carolina we hit our first hiccup. An error message that stated we can only start the vehicle 10 more time....yikes! After trouble shooting it ourselves with no luck we placed a call to the Durham Dealership. They were able to take us in that same day. Finn enjoyed watching paw patrol/ and running around the Dealership with Franklin .  5 + hours later a couple of bad sensors were replaced and we were on our way to the Worth's house!!!  After having a good quick visit and  dropping off some of the extra items we made are way to Atlanta to visit friends. On the way we stopped in Paris...Paris Mtn campgro
